This past weekend at the Green Barn I called a “barn work weekend,” basically just asking for volunteers to come out and lend a hand…
…2 hands are better than 1… 4 hands are better than 2… and 48 hands are fantastic!!! Yes that’s right, a whopping 24 people came out to show their support. I am still amazed at how much work we were able to accomplish in such a short time!
THANK YOU
…to all who were able to come lend their hands :)
A very special thanks to Laura and all her friends, Phillip and Melissa – my “non-horsey” friends who worked their TAILS off anyway, Lauren’s mom Nana for providing all the yummy food, the wonderful Crouch family who always seem to show up right when I need them, Mike and his crew, and last but definitely not least, my wonderful husband Chad who worked the hardest of them all and consistently provides humor with his outfit choices…
Just kidding!!!
…he SERIOUSLY worked so hard you have no idea!!! And he puts up with me so that takes the cake :)
The organic carrot patch is on its way!!! The horses can’t WAIT!
Just try to find any dust in here… I dare you!
Ahh… fences :) More fences = more options = less work. This is a GREAT thing!
Thanks again everyone!!! Couldn’t have done it without you!!! :)
